A Functional Design Specification (FDS) is drawn up and agreed, forming the core document that defines the scope of the project. The document details the client specification and the standards to which the equipment or service must comply. The FDS also gives the client a clear view of timescales, milestone sign-off and resources to be deployed.

We run our projects rely upon frequent communication with our clients using on site meetings as well as online design reviews using net based collaboration tools.
