A typical Project team will consist of the following Key Management Roles:

  • Commercial Manager
  • Building Information Modelling (BIM) champion
  • Test Manager
  • Quality Manager
  • Production Manager
  • Document Controller

Contract Responsible Engineers:

(CRE) HV, LV, P&C, SCADA – available for projects when required
