Mag-Latch Permanent Magnetic Actuators
TheMag-Latch is a critical and reliable component of many successful Medium Voltage Switchgear products. The performance of the ML repeatedly outclasses the traditional spring mechanisms. The mechanism contains few parts which enables a rapid and accurate assembly of a circuit breaker. The ML is designed for 100,000 operations making it a low maintenance product.

The Mag-Latch actuator can be customised to meet the needs of a specific client. We have worked with many switchgear manufacturers to modify the Mag-Latch to suit the design requirements of our clients. Typically, we are able to customise stroke length, hold force application-specific output shaft, hand trip mechanisms, indicators, counters, auxiliary switches, speed, force and travel characteristics.
