EPS Policy Statement on Conflict Minerals

EPS believes in socially, economically and environmentally responsible business to help prevent instability and conflict around the world. EPS believes in prohibiting human rights abuse and unethical practices.

As a responsible company, EPS supports ‘the Conflict Minerals Rule’ under Section 1502 of the Dodd Frank Wall Street reform and Consumer Protection Act. This rule aims to end violence, human rights abuse and environmental devastation in the Democratic Republic of Congo and or adjoining countries. The Conflict Minerals Rule requires companies to report presence of Tin, Tungsten, Tantalum and Gold, commonly known as 3TG on an annual basis. EPS aims working closely with our suppliers and customers alike in implementing any requirement applicable to EPS under this rule.
