EPS has available the latest Solidworks 3D CAD design software including additional features such as Finite Element Analysis, for mechanical and Electrostatic modelling.
Our graduate engineers are fully trained on Solidworks Simulation Professional and Solidworks EMS packages enabling fully stressed prototypes to be “Virtually Engineered” before real prototypes are prepared. This results i costs savings and optimisation of the product and a faster delivery to the customer.
EPS also has available “Screen to Machine” SolidCam manufacturing software enabling simultaneous multi axis machining on our own CNC machining centres.
Our workshop is equipped with a multitude of machines enable rapid prototyping of our design work. These machines include not only CNC but general workshop machines thro to state of the art 3D printing machines.
